Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pico apps for Mac and iPhone and related services ("Pico"), operated by an individual developer ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Pico, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pico on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

Pico Pro subscription

Some features require Pico Pro, an auto-renewing subscription.

• Billing. Pico Pro is billed at the price shown on the purchase screen at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (for purchases made in the iPhone app) or to your card via Stripe (for purchases made on the web or Mac).
• Auto-renewal. The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription begins billing automatically.
• Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (App Store subscriptions) or through the Stripe billing portal (web/Mac subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy; we cannot grant App Store refunds directly. For web/Mac purchases, contact us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse Pico, or use it to violate any law or any other person's rights.

Disclaimer of warranties

Pico is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that Pico will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its blocking will be effective in every situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Pico.

Termination

You may stop using Pico at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Pico after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
